I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is stunning, nestled next to a river and mountain, offering a peaceful and beautiful ambiance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they lacked a bathtub. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide range of Taiwanese dishes. However, the service had some communication issues and the price was a bit on the higher side.
The hotel offers spacious family suites with two very comfortable queen-size beds, a separate wet room with a shower, and a big bathtub, ideal for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking. Access to the retreat lounge for complimentary beverages and high tea from 3 to 6 pm is a nice touch, although the courtyard lacks views due to the surrounding high walls.
The hotel had spacious and modern rooms that were very clean, although not as comfy as advertised. The small window to a private garden offered a unique birdwatching experience while showering. However, the marked walls, stains on the carpet, and unpleasant smell were noticeable drawbacks.
